OP: I cannot remember, my lady.
Nel: I am testing you, it is your version. You told the court your took your gun with you on a boat.
OP: I don't remember, my lady.
Nel: So where was your gun, there is no where, where you could put your gun on your shorts and it not be visible.
OP: I can't remember if I had a shirt on or not. I am not sure where I had the gun on my person.
Nel: So one thing is sure, Mr. Pistorius is always armed. Did you have your gun with you at the Tasha's incident?
Nel: Now you are leaving the get together and the Metro cops stop. You get out and where is your gun?
OP: I left it on the seat and closed the door.
Nel: And you think that was the right thing to do?
OP: I felt it was not the right thing to do, to approach the police with my firearm on my person.
Nel: Do you think that was the right thing to do?
Nel: The policemen should right there have conviscated the firearm, it was left unattended.
Nel: What do you think he should have done?
OP: Enquire as to who's weapon it belongs to.
OP: He removed the magazine and cleared the chamber onto the seat.
Nel: So it was one up on the boat?
OP: I cannot remember if it was one up on the boat.
Nel: You said he dropped the magazine and he then pulled the slide back and the round fell out.
OP: That is correct, my lady.
Nel: For a policemen to have to had done that, he would have had to disengage the safety.
OP: That is correct. I asked him to hand me my firearm and he threw it at me. He said, do you know what I can do with this firearm.
OP: I just ignored him. He walked away and lit a cigarette. I was aggitated that he just dropped the magazine on to the seat.
OP: It was clear to me that he was aggresive.
OP: He was talking to me in a violent matter. I can't challenge a policeman. I ignored him and started looking for the bullet that had fallen.
OP: If he had conviscated my firearm, and dealt with me in a professional matter.
Nel: You have now left, they have dealt with Mr. Fresco and you leave. I gather that you are still very upset.
OP: One of the policemen assisted me with his radio aerial to get the bullet out of the car. I then sat in the car and waited for Mr. Fresco.
Nel: Do you remember Mr. Bear?
OP: He assisted me with becoming a collector.
Nel: Do you remember taking a photo with his daughter?
OP: I do not remember, it is possible. I think I took a photo with his wife and daughter.
Nel: So if we show you a photo of it, you would remember it then?
Nel: Do you know where the residential place is where you met Mr. Bear?
OP: That is true, I have no idea. I would have put it into the GPS and followed it that way.
OP: I don't believe that Miss. Taylor was there. I only remember going there in October.
Nel: How would Miss. Taylor know that you met someone to sign gun papers. That is what she thought.
OP: I know she was in me when I signed papers with Mr. Rens. We were in a relationship at that time and we discussed things.
OP: She lied in her statement about that day. I can't remember any one being with me that day that I signed papers with Mr. Bears.
OP: I think it was in October.
Nel: If she said that she went with you on the 30 September, then she is just making it up?
OP: I can't remember anyone being with me the day that I went to Mr. Bear to sign papers.
