OP: I can't say that it is on, it looks off to me.
Nel: Let's assume, what is the LED that you are referring to? Is it on or off?
Nel: Are you saying that it is printed and not part of the LED?
OP: That is what I am saying, my lady.
OP: It is a panel with buttons on.
OP: I am not sure, my lady.
Nel: I will show you on the photograph. My lady it will just take a minute.
Nel: I am sure I made a note, but I can't find it now.
Nel: I apologise my lady we will get there.
Nel: My lady it is slowly kicking in, it will run on the screen.
Nel: OP, whilst we are doing that, you don't have an independant memory of a red light on your TV?
OP: It does not bother me.
Nel: And that wasn't eluminating anything?
Nel: There is one other aspect that I want to deal with. Photograph 68, my lady.
Nel: Let me pass it on to you.
Nel: I have just been informed, the previous photograph showing the TV is 60.
Nel: Zoom into jest before the jeans, where the duvet is.
Nel: Let's see if we can find blood spatter there?
Nel: Does that look like blood spatter to you?
Nel: If we follow that down towards the denim, we will find blood spatter on the carpet as well?
Nel: Even further, we will find blood spatter. Do you see it?
OP: That is correct, my lady.
Nel: If we go to the next photograph 67, one can see the hair smear. Did you take that into account, that blood spatter was caused when you carried the deceased pass that area?
OP: I understand. My version is that I went to get my phones on the left hand side of the bed. It is possible that Reeva's blood would have got onto the duvet.
Nel: There is no blood spatter on the bed.
Nel: It is then impossible then, don't you now what to tell the court? There would have been soem blood spatter if it was on the bed.
Nel: We have now implicated to you that the jeans are on top of the duvet, we have pointed out that there is blood spatter on the duvet.
Nel: Don't you want to admit that the duvet was on the floor?
OP: I don't remember it being on the floor.
OP: It is my version that I don't remember it being on the bed.
Nel: But you said it was on the bed. Let us, you see OP as you argue, I just get more questions.
Nel: The police must have been so clever to just put the corner on the floor. Are you okay?
OP: My eyes are sore, my lady.
